Spring’s latest release is built on React Native, which provides flexibility in screen configuration for the customer, allowing each customer to choose which cards appear on the device for the users and in what order.
The layout of the mobile app is conducive to the information needs of the field sales user and is configurable based on role. The pre-planning visit detail screen is robust and can also be configured for the client’s organization. Order entry is streamlined and there is also order entry support through a chatbot. The order entry process provides a view to historical ordering patterns and an AI-enabled suggested order capability enables upselling opportunities. Delivery drivers can easily manage on-truck inventory while processing damages and returns. Spring is also investing to leverage AI/ML capabilities to prioritize call schedules and retail activity, which is on the near-term roadmap.
